now i think it is good to diversify but even better to ascertain niche area that is what can we deliver best at min investment. who will like to pay forour service and why.
what does our customer want and where can we find them in max numbers.
i know i am talking like a marwari grocer, but all business have basics, me thinks.

excellent idea. the model is noteworthy too. and no there is nothing to feel bad in thinking of money- but to become a slave to money maybe something undesirable. let me think this model over...
